The Christmas In Shirley family tradition started back in December 2002. Thats when we put up our 1st Christmas display. It was a small "static" display.
Each year we have added to it and things just seemed to snowball from there. 2006 was a very exciting year for us. We not only decorated for Christmas
but Halloween too. 2006 was our first "Animated" Christmas display. In the past we have had a "static" light display that consisted of approximately 8,000 lights.
Last year we totalled over 13,000 lights. We had added 128 channels of individual control on top of broadcasting our music directly to your car radio via 88.5 FM.
We hope you enjoyed the show last year and made Christmas in Shirley a family tradition just like we have.
For Christmas 2007 we plan on adding more than 12,000 lights and over 200 channels of control.
This will bring us to over 25,000 lights and about 368 channels of control.
